Cordelia is a very bubbly hippocampi, unlike a lot of hippocampi she is very social-able. Sometimes dangerous, Cordelia loves to meet and greet new things! Regardless if its a sea monster or a person she loves to be kind. She will willingly allow anyone to pet her and she is a little more calmer than the other Hippocampi. She enjoys the attention and the pampering. She bonded quite quickly with her owner... mainly cause she gives her lots of treats ;)
